Avalanche of modifications regarding the statements and the procedures of NAFA

Once the new Fiscal Procedure Code will enter into force, the law no. 207/2015, NAFA started to publish the new procedures and statements which will be used from 1st of January 2016.
For example:
- Tax statements for the registration of the taxpayers and the types of obligations that form the fiscal vector
- Procedures for the registration of the tax residence
- The procedure to be follow in order to obtain the individual tax solution and the advance pricing agreement
- The decision of the fiscal authorities, as a result of a tax inspection, which mentions that the tax base was not changed etc.
