Avalanche of modifications regarding the statements and the procedures of NAFA

Once the new Fiscal Procedure Code will enter into force, the law no. 207/2015, NAFA started to publish the new procedures and statements which will be used from 1st of January 2016.

For example:

Tax statements for the registration of the taxpayers and the types of obligations that form the fiscal vector
Procedures for the registration of the tax residence
The procedure to be follow in order to obtain the individual tax solution and the advance pricing agreement
The decision of the fiscal authorities, as a result of a tax inspection, which mentions that the tax base was not changed etc.
