All operators managing sales sites, taking online orders and / or advertising products or services, for tourism, marketing of package tours or tickets, including e-commerce (electronic commerce ), are obliged to submit on the first page of the website (home page) a visible link to the official web address of the National Authority for Consumer Protection (www.anpc.gov.ro).
Inside the commercial areas or, if necessary, inside the areas providing services, there will also be displayed information about the phone numbers and addresses of the NACP from different counties (in a visible place, near the cash register or near the company’s schedule).
This Order comes into force within 30 days after its publication in the Official Journal.
Traders have the obligation to update or post information according to this Order within 45 days after its publication in the Official Journal.
