Under the changes, in order to obtain the marketing authorization of energy products retail, commercial areas equipped with electronic systems for sale exclusively on the basis of magnetic identification cards must be equipped with inventory management systems, connected with fuel tanks, wich allow to monitor the movement of energy products and to determine at any time the amounts entered, outgoing, and stocks, by type of energy product and supplier.
