According to the changes, seizure of the means used to transport cargo for commercial purposes of cereals and bakery products that are not accompanied by documents of origin will be legal if the means of transport belongs to the offender, or if there is no legal carriage contract. Previously, the seizure of means of transport could be made regardless of who was its owner.
