OFFICIAL GAZETTE 101/08.02 - Order no. 344/86/2011 dated on 07/02/2011 amending and supplementing the Order of the Minister of Health and President of the National Health Insurance House no. 53/25/2011 for approval of the model and content of the form "Inventory –statement on the contribution for holidays and health insurance indemnities found on the balance account on December 31st, 2010 and unpaid until January 31, 2011, including accessories related to fiscal years and balance accounts of the amounts to be recovered from the Unique National Fund for health insurance

According to the modifications, data on contribution on holidays and health insurance indemnities due by employers in the period 2006-2010, outstanding at the date of December 31st, 2010 and unpaid until January 31, 2011, including accessories related to fiscal years, will be reported the National Health Insurance House by ANAF, no longer being needed to file the statement, accompanied by the tax certificate, as it was originally stipulated.
