OFFICIAL GAZETTE 103/09.02 - Order no. 1081/2011 dated on 07/02/2011 for approval of the content of some forms of informative statements

The Order approves the model and the content of the following forms:

• (392 A) “Informative Statement on deliveries of goods and services performed in the year…. ”

• (392 B) “Informative Statement on deliveries of goods, performance of services and acquisitions made in the year….”;

• (393) “Informative Statement on incomes obtained from the sale of tickets for the international transport of persons, having as departure place Romania in the year….”.

 

These forms are used starting with the statements for the year 2010, having as legal deadline for submission until February 25th, 2011 inclusively and they must be submitted both electronically and on paper.
