The present methodological norms regulate the granting of facilities for start-ups micro-enterprises managed by young entrepreneurs who intend to carry out for the first time economic activity through a limited liability company that meets the conditions stipulated under GEO no. 6/ 2011 for the stimulation of formation and development of micro-enterprises by young entrepreneurs, hereinafter referred to as micro-enterprise “LLC – D” in the Program for the stimulation of formation and development of micro-enterprises by young entrepreneurs.
