OFFICIAL GAZETTE 112/14.02 - Order no. 101/2011 dated on 08/02/2011 regarding the approval of Methodological Norms for the application of the provisions of GEO no. 119/2010 on the regime of control operations of dual-use products

The present methodological norms establish the methodology of control operations of dual-use products mentioned in art. 5. (1) of GEO no. 119/2010.

 

Also, it is established the methodology of control considering the destination and final use of products, as well as the methodology of control for the activity of research, development and production of dual-use products.
