Form 010 was changed “Statement of Tax Registration / Statement of specifications for legal entities, associations and other entities without legal personality” being introduced the tax on micro-enterprises as tax liability which is declared under the fiscal vector.
According to the specifications in the instructions for the filling in of the statement, the date of request fro removal from the records as payer of income tax of micro-enterprises will be filled in as a date following the date of submission of the statement of specifications.
