The present order approves the procedure for granting of instalment payment managed by ANAF as well as of the forms to be completed and documents which must be submitted by those who ask instalment payment of debts.
When asking the instalment payment of debts, taxpayers will attach, in addition to the financial recovery plan, situations with bank balances, cash balances as well as statements of accounts of various creditors, advances to be settled granted to associates, administrators, directors, finances received from associates and advances given to suppliers.
