OFFICIAL GAZETTE 253/11.04 – GEO 35/2011 issued on 30/03/2011 establishing some measures in the performance of public or social programs, in the fulfilment of tax obligations and optimal operation of state institutions, as well as for the unitary application of legal provisions.

According to the present GEO, the obligation of certification by a tax consultant of annual tax returns filed by the taxpayer shall be suspended until January 1^st, 2013
