OFFICIAL GAZETTE 36/14.01 - Order no. 11/2011 dated on 07/01/2011 for approval of the model and content of the form "Statement on the situation of the contracts concluded and / or terminated with economic operators who place on the national market packaged goods and packages" and of the instructions for its filling and submission

The present order approves the formStatement on the situation of the contracts concluded and / or terminated with economic operators who place on the national market packaged goods and packages”. This statement will be filled in and will be submitted quarterly, until the 25th of the month following the reporting quarter by economic operators who took the responsibility to fulfil annual targets for packaging waste collection provided under art.16 paragraph (2) letter b) GD no. 621/2005.

 

Under this statement will be mentioned all the contracts concluded with economic operators who place on the national market retail packaged goods and packaging, aimed at transferring the responsibility of the annual target for packaging waste management.

 

For contracts in progress at the due reporting date is required to fill in only the column “the contract conclusion date.”

 

If the report has been incorrectly filled in, the initial situation can be rectified by submitting a rectifying statement replacing the initial submitted statement.
