According to the amendments, as an exception from the provisions according to which simplified clearance procedure was not applicable when there are multiple recipients in the same transport, since the effective date of the present order, the local clearance procedure may be used also in the case of such shipments, provided the goods are declared in the same place and by the same representative, holder of a permit for clearance.
Also there were repealed the provisions according to which the simplified export procedure could not apply to goods still moving in transit under cover of a truck trailer driving licence. The present order comes into force starting from March 1st, 2011.
