The form for declaration 100 has been modified by introducing a distinct chapter containing the taxes and duties which are not paid in the single account, more specifically: excises, annual tax authorizing gaming periodically, regularized based on gains and income tax on the transfer of real-estate properties from the personal patrimony.
The provisions of this order shall be applied starting with the payment obligations which must be declared by 25 August 2010.
