Taking into account the dispositions of art 1 of O.U.G. no. 4/2010 and those of art 1 and 5 of O.U.G. 13/2010 by which the economic agents could benefit from the exemption from the payment of social unemployment insurance contributions under certain conditions, it was necessary to introduce several modifications to the monthly statements regarding the nominal database of insured persons and of payment obligations to the unemployment insurance fund, which have to be submitted by employers.
The dispositions of this order shall be applied starting with the monthly statement corresponding to the month of July 2010.
In order to declare the qualified persons for whom their employers were exempt from the payment of unemployment insurance contributions in the terms of O.U.G. no. 13/2010, relating to the period since the coming into force of the emergency ordinance, the employers have the obligation to submit rectifying statements, within two months since the publishing in the Official Gazette of this order, i.e. 5 October 2010 the latest.
