Under the agreement, the parties agree to exchange experience in terms of overall management of taxes and technical issues related to taxes, on a regular basis. Such activities are designed to analyze differences between Romania and Republic of Bulgaria on fiscal systems, organizational systems, management of information technology and communication, methods and procedures used by the respective administrations, issues on human resources, methods of performance evaluation, risk management, international tax relationships and other fields under their jurisdiction
