Official Gazette 583/17 August - Order no. 2142/2010 dated August 10-th 2010 for the approval of the procedure regarding the marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products traded on a duty-free basis.

Trading on a duty-free basis in distilled beverages, brandies, liqueurs and other spirits as well as tobacco products shall be done only after specific marking, according to the provisions of this order.
