Official Gazette 588/19 August - Order no. 599/2010 dated August 9-th 2010 for the approval of the declaration format regarding the insurance within the unemployment insurance system of individuals who have professional income other than the employment income, for which an individual contribution to the unemployment insurance fund is owed, according to art. III par. (2) of the Emergency Government Ordinance no. 58/2010 for the modification and addition to Law no. 571/2003 regarding the Fiscal code and other fiscal and financial measures.
This declaration must be submitted by the persons who have professional income as defined in H.G. (*Government Decision) 791/2010
