Official Gazette 639/13 September – Order no. 1294/2010 dated September 10-th 2010 for the modification and supplementation of the Norms for the application of the provisions of Law no. 19/2000 regarding the public pension system and other social insurance rights, with subsequent modifications and additions, approved by the Order of the minister of labour and social solidarity no. 340/2001, and of the Procedure regarding the monthly statement by the employees of the nominal database of the insured and the payment obligations for the unemployment insurance fund, approved by the Order of the minister of labour, social solidarity and family no. 405/2004
This order approves the new statement forms which shall be used also for declaring the social insurance and unemployment contributions for the copyright contracts and civil conventions.
