The Order approves the new statement format regarding the obligations for the Environment fund. These statements can be sent in electronic format to http://www.afm.ro, but only after signing the Convention regarding the transmission of the statement of obligations for the Environment fund; the Format and content of the convention shall be approved by decision of the A.F.M president, and the convention shall be provided to the contributors on the A.F.M. website.
Caution, according to the modifications, the modified statements must be submitted in original at the A.F.M. headquarters, or shall be sent via registered mail, and shall be accompanied obligatorily by the address and justifying documents which prove the accuracy of the data mentioned in the modified statement. This statement cannot be sent in an electronic format
