One of the main modifications regards the increase of fines for failure to meet the provisions of the law. As a result, the fines for not meeting the obligation to hire persons with disabilities in the terms of the law or failure to pay the disability fund by economic agents obliged so by law -have increased from Lei 15,000 to Lei 20,000.
