Order no. 2394/2010 of 05/10/2010 amending OMPF no. 266/2007 regarding the organization of managing the medium taxpayers at public finance administrations for medium taxpayers in the general directorates of county public finance
Medium taxpayers list is drawn up annually until November 30, shall be approved by the Minister of Public Finance and published in the Official Gazette.
Public finance administration for medium taxpayers in the general directorates of public finance of the county or of the general directorate of public finance of Bucharest, which manages the medium taxpayers will notify taxpayers that will be handed over for administration to other structures, starting with January 1 of the following year.
