OFFICIAL GAZETTE 691/14.10 - Decision no. 22/2010 dated September 29th 2010 for approving Rule no.12/2010 on the authorization to establish a pension company and authorization of private pension fund management

  This rule regulates the procedure, the conditions of approval and the documents to be submitted to the Commission in approving the establishment of a pension company and grant authorization for management of a private pension fund.
