OFFICIAL GAZETTE 691/14.10 - Decision no. 23/2010 dated September 29th 2010 for approving Rule no. 13/2010 on the authorization to establish a pension company and authorization of pension fund management

  This rule regulates the procedure, conditions of authorization and the documents that must be submitted to the Commission for approving the establishment of a pension company and grant authorization for management of pension funds, for pension companies, management companies and insurance companies.
