According to the amendments, public road transport of persons by regular district or inter-county traffic services will be realized only with intercity buses or buses which are equipped with fiscal electronic reader and cards reader with possibility of online data transmission. Thus, are still exempted from the obligation to equip with fiscal cash readers only public transport means of passengers within a locality which transports based on printed tickets or subscriptions under the law, as well as subway.
Transport operators conducting passenger transport on regular services in national traffic are required to equip vehicles that perform these transports with fiscal electronic reader and card reader, until December 31st, 2011.
