According to the amendments, the payment deadlines to the suppliers were relaxed. Thus, the trader’s payment deadline to the supplier for the contracted and delivered products can be set through contract negotiation, and the payment deadlines are no longer imposed. The products representing meat products, milk, vegetables, eggs, fruits and fresh mushrooms, for which the payment cannot exceed 30 days, are exempted from these provisions.
