OFFICIAL GAZETTE 851/20.12 – Order no. 115/2010 issued on 14/12/2010, regarding the approval of Instruction no. 4/2010 amending the Instruction no. 2/2007 on the preparation and submission of annual financial statements by the authorized entities, regulated and supervised by the National Securities Commission

In order to provide data for the institutional system of state, the entities authorized and supervised by the National Securities Commission shall submit a copy of the annual financial statements and a copy of the solemn declaration of the administrator to the territorial units of the Ministry of Finance, within 150 days and 60 days, respectively, after the year ends.
