OFFICIAL GAZETTE 861/22.12 - Decision no. 327/2010 issued on 15/12/2010 on the publication in the Official Gazette, Part I, of the Civil Decision no. 263 A issued on November 16th 2010 of The Court of Appeal of Bucharest, Civil Division IX - also for intellectual property cases

This decision approves the methodology related to determining the appropriate remuneration of the copyright holders and holders of related rights for cable retransmission, setting the value of the contributions and the method of payment and reporting by users – individuals or legal entities performing cable or satellite retransmission, including the digital system.
