The additional acts concluded and signed by the date of the entry into force of this law in order to ensure compliance with the GEO no. 50/2010, become effective in accordance with the contractual terms agreed between the parties.
Additional acts unsigned by consumers, considered tacitly accepted until the entry into force of this Law, will take effect in accordance with the terms they have been formulated, unless the consumer or the creditor notifies the other party to the contrary, within 60 days from the date of entry into force of this law.
