OFFICIAL GAZETTE 893/30.12 – Emergency Ordinance no. 131/2010 issued on 28/12/2010 amending and supplementing the Government Ordinance no. 39/1996 on establishing and functioning of the Deposit Guarantee Fund in the banking system

The coverage level for bank deposits has been increased, and it is set at the equivalent in lei of 100,000 Euros (from 50,000 Euros).
