Large and Medium tax payers, defined according to the regulations in force, and their former headquarters, have to submit electronically fiscal statements, by National Electronic System. The fiscal statements shall be signed using the qualified Certificate issued by a Certification Services Provider, approved according to the Law for the electronic signature.
The provisions of the current order are applied starting with the obligations with the statement due date November 25th 2010.
