By depart from the provisions of Law no. 19/2000 about public pensions system, persons that are not retired can pay the social insurance contribution for the time in which they hadn’t been insured in a public pension system or in a system of social insurance which didn’t belong to this. The persons who are obliged to be insured in this public system of pensions, according to law no.19/2000 represent the exception.
In this way, the interested persons can conclude a contract of social insurance until 31 st of December of 2010, according to the draft foreseen in the annex which represents part of the Emergency Order.
Time frames in which the payment of the social insurance contribution can be made is between the date of completing the contract of social insurance according to this emergency order and the last 5 years anterior to this date.
The payment of the contribution can be done once or even out, but not latest than 31st of December of 2010.
