Official Journal 14/11.01 - Order no. 3652/2009 of 24/12/2009 for approving the guidelines regarding the access of business operators to the EMCS-EN application of movements control with excise goods in excise suspensive conditions

  The EMCS-RO application- – the motion structure allows the filing of the accompanying administrative document in electronic format (e-DAI), the movement tracking and the closing of operations with excise goods in excise suspensive conditions in Romania. The filling of the accompanying administrative documents in electronic format, through the EMCS-RO, is made by the economic operators authorized to operate the excise goods in excise suspensive conditions.
