According to the new order, the fiscal inspection cannot be suspended when it is necessary to obtain a view point from one or more specialized directions from the Ministry of Public Finance or NAFA
The measures of tax inspection suspended under the provisions of the Order NAFA no. 708/2006 will be resumed after the conditions that caused the suspension cease.
