The natural persons and the legal persons who perform raw diamonds operations, have the obligation to submit a report regarding the entire in-house activity with raw diamonds and processed, sorted or worked diamonds. This form will be submitted to the National Authority for Consumer Protection headquarters and will be compulsory accompanied by a copy of the record/records drawn up for the year corresponding to the reporting period. The submission deadline of the report is until the 31st of March of each year for the preceding calendar year.
