The seals with special pattern used for the sealing of the transportation vehicles or of the packages have to be certified by means of a quality certificate issued in compliance with the classification system of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The authorization for using of the seals with special pattern within the community/common transit procedure is granted to the main liable entities, by request.
