The authorizations of accepted dispatcher and/or accepted consignee, issued until the enforcement date of the present technical guidelines stand.
Periodically, the county directorate for excise duties and customs operations/destination office may carry out a subsequent audit of the community/common transit operations performed by the accepted dispatchers and the accepted consignees, to insure the fulfilment of the obligations undertaken by the economic operator with the submission of the authorization application.
