For the year 2010 the Intrastat threshold values amount to 900.000 lei for intracommunitary shipments of goods and 300.000 lei respectively for intracommunitary introductions of goods.
During the year 2010 can also become Intrastat data providers other economic operators who perform intracommunitary exchanges of goods, which have a cumulative value as from the beginning of the year that exceeds the Intrastat threshold values for the year 2010. These economic operators have to fill-in and send Intrastat statistical declarations beginning with the month for which the cumulative value as from the beginning of the year 2010 of the intracommunitary shipments and/or introductions of goods exceeds the established Intrastat threshold value, separately for each of the two flows, shipments and introductions of goods respectively.
