The payment of the remunerations due for the duplication and/or the distribution on Romanian territory, within the audiovisual productions on videogram support, others than musical video clips, concerts and audiovisual recordings which include biographies of performing artists or music bands, regardless of the support type, of the musical productions within the repertoire of the Society of Romanian Composers and Musicologists will be quarterly conducted, until the 30th of the next month after the run out quarter. For the delays in payment will be charged penalties amounting to 0,1% per day of delay, provided that the amount of the penalties does not exceed the value of the owed remunerations.
The user has the obligation to send to the Society of Romanian Composers and Musicologists – Association of Copyright (UCMR-ADA), for each run out quarter of the year, until the 20th of the next month after the relative quarter of the year, a report fully responsible drawn up in respect to the duplications and/or distributions which are the object of the present methodology.
This resolution comes into force on the 1st of January, 2010.
