The settlement authoritativeness of the registration in the Trade Registry applications and, as the case may be, of other applications subject to the settlement authoritativeness of the official receiver, for a period of maximum 6 months as from the enforcement date of the present Government Emergency Ordinance, belongs to the executive manager of the Trade Register Office by the Law Court and/or the person or persons appointed by the general manager of the National Trade Register Office (O.N.R.C.)
The present ordinance comes into force within 15 days after its publishing and is applicable until the regulation of the activity of registration in the trade registry performed by the commercial registrars.
Within 6 months from enforcement date, the Government will enact the draft legislation regarding the foundation, organization and performance of the commercial registrar profession.
