As from the 1st of January 2010, the issued classification notices regarding the workplaces for which special conditions are required, valid until the 31st of December inclusively, can be renewed according to the methodology established within the present resolution. Only the employers who on the 31st of December 2009 possess the renewal notice and who until this date have not performed the necessary measures with the purpose of normalization of working conditions are entitled to requesting the relative renewal. The validity period of the renewed notices cannot exceed the 31st of December 2010.
