Official Journal 926/30.12 - Resolution no. 1627/2009 from the 29th of December 2009 for the amendment of the Government Resolution no. 246/2007 in respect to the Methodology applicable to the renewal of the classification notices regarding the workplaces for which special conditions are required.

As from the 1^st of January 2010, the issued classification notices regarding the workplaces for which special conditions are required, valid until the 31^stof December inclusively, can be renewed according to the methodology established within the present resolution. Only the employers who on the 31^st of December 2009 possess the renewal notice and who until this date have not performed the necessary measures with the purpose of normalization of working conditions are entitled to requesting the relative renewal. The validity period of the renewed notices cannot exceed the 31^st of December 2010.
