The order no. 1966/2015 for the approval of the model and content of the form (088) “Declaration on own responsibility to assess the intention and capacity to perform economic activities involving VAT operations ” was published in the Official Gazette on August 3rd, 2015.
The order updates the model and content of the statement, modifying the previous order 112/2015 which was in force since February 1st, 2015. The normative act sets the criteria for conditioning the registration for VAT purposes of the companies having the economic activity based in Romania, established under the Companies Law no. 31 / 1990, republished, with subsequent amendments, which are subject for the registration at the Trade Registry.
