The accounting reports for the first semester can be, already, submitted online on ANAF’s page.

The accounting reports for the first semester must be submitted by all economic operators which have recorded a turnover of over 220.000 lei. The deadline for submitting the reports is August 17 th 2015, according to the Order of the Ministry of Public Finance no. 773/2015 for the approval of the accounting reporting system on June 30 th 2015. If the deadline is not respected the economic operators will be penalized with fines of up to 5.000 lei.
The criteria regarding the turnover is established based on indicators determined from the financial statements of the previous financial year, respectively based on the trial balance concluded at the end of the previous financial year.
