The companies and the natural persons can receive the cancellation of the delay penalties and the cancellation of an amount representing 54.2% of the interest related to the remaining budgetary debts at 30th September, if until the end of March next year it will be paid the principal amount of the debt. The applications can already be sent to NAFA, after what on Monday, in the Official Gazette was published the order for the approval of the procedure that is requested in order to apply the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 44/2015 regarding the granting of fiscal facilities for the receivables managed by the fiscal authority. The order contains the necessary forms for the submission of the request.
The applications must be submitted, as a notification, to the registry office of NAFA or mailed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
