President Klaus Iohannis promulgated today the Law regarding the Tax procedure code and the law regarding the cancellation of certain tax obligations.
The new Tax procedure code will come into force on January 1st 2016 and the law regarding the cancellation of certain tax obligations will come into force after three days from its publication in the Official Gazette.
The law mentions the cancellation of certain additional tax obligations determined by the tax authorities following the reclassification of independent activities into dependent activities or the reclassification of delegation indemnities as salaries.
